The entire production process of air purification systems, i.e. planning, manufacture, installation and operation, is tailored to the customer's needs (depending on the type and volume of the emission mass flow to be reduced).
The infrastructural and personnel conditions of our company's production capacity in Hungary are fully in place: at our site in Szeged we have a production hall with a working area of nearly 4000 m2, 21st century plastic and metal processing machinery, and our crane operations provide the working conditions necessary for marketable product production and logistics.

How does the industrial air purification system work?

Our air purification systems provide professional deodorisation of used, exhausted air. This type of air quality solution can be developed in artificially ventilated facilities, where exhaust air is collected by ventilators and then passed through purification systems.
The use of an exhaust air purification system requires forced ventilation and the installation of a negative pressure ventilation. The system is basically modular, exhaust air purification systems operate according to different separation principles (physical, biological and/or chemical).
The multiple types of wet washers and biofilters can be designed separately or in combination. In addition to the custom-built machine body and the customized filtration technology, the automation that ensures the operation of the system is the main unit. The technical, technological components of the air purification systems are integrated in plastic containers welded from polypropylene sheets.
